Terms of Service

This document governs the use of the Roasted.cv online service (hereinafter — the "Service") by the Administration. By using the Service, including registration, payment, or accessing any materials, the User confirms that they have fully read and accept the terms of this Agreement in their entirety. If you do not agree with these terms, you must cease using the Service.
Nature of services
The Service provides digital products and services of an intangible nature: AI-powered resume review, editing, generation, export, career tools, and related analytical features. The value of these services lies in the systematization, AI-driven analysis, presentation format, support, and regular updates provided by the platform.
Disclaimer of warranties and liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. The Administration does not guarantee that the Service will meet the User's expectations, achieve specific results, or operate without interruption.
- The Administration is not liable for any losses, consequences of applying generated materials, actions of third parties, or technical failures.
- AI suggestions are guidance, not guarantees of interviews, job offers, or perfect results. The User makes independent decisions at their own risk.
- The User remains responsible for the final version of their resume and any application materials they send.
Lawful use
The Service does not encourage unlawful activity. The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with applicable legislation. Full responsibility for the lawfulness of use rests with the User.
- Do not use the Service for fraud, spam, illegal activity, or misleading job applications.
- Do not scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the information and resume content you provide. All Service materials, including the product, AI models, templates, and interface, are protected by intellectual property law and belong to Roasted.cv. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content to deliver the requested features.
- The User is prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, transferring to third parties, or otherwise using the Service's materials without the permission of the rights holder.
- Violations may result in access restrictions.
Access restriction
The Administration may suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of violations of this Agreement, detection of abuse, or requirements of applicable law. Access restriction does not release the User from previous obligations. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users who systematically violate these terms.
Availability and pricing
- The Administration aims for reliable service, but temporary outages, maintenance, or external failures may occur.
- Paid features, credits, and plans are subject to the pricing shown at the moment of purchase.
Changes to terms
The Administration reserves the right to modify this Agreement. The current version is always available on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
