Roasted plugin for Claude Code · Beta

Put your job searchon autopilot.

Paste two commands into Claude Code. It finds matching jobs and turns each one into a real application: resume tailored to the posting, a cover letter with actual substance, a one-page PDF, everything logged in a tracker. Volume without the quality drop. That is what fills a calendar with interviews.

Two commands inside Claude Code:

/plugin marketplace add roasted-cv/claude-plugin
/plugin install roasted@roasted-cv

Free to install. Generating applications needs an active Hunter Pass. Did not like it? Full refund in your first week.

A week on autopilot looks like this

This pipeline has sent over 100 applications across two real job hunts, end to end: every resume tailored to the posting, every cover letter grounded in real experience, every PDF rendered, every application logged. Not one written by hand.

The last run took a day and a half to hit the real bottleneck. It was not the resume, and it was not the applications. It was the calendar: past that density, interviews simply stop fitting.

That is what this method produces. Not a prettier resume. A scheduling problem.

No fake testimonials on this page. The calendar and the tracker are the testimony.

1.5 days of running it until the calendar could not fit another interview. Staged with fictional companies; the density is the real part.

Walk away. It keeps hunting.

The setup behind this page is not glamorous: an old laptop in the corner, forbidden to sleep, Claude Code hunting on it all night and all day. Nobody sits in front of it. The whole hunt fits in the phone in your pocket.

Reports arrive on their own, and the agent reads its own mailbox: confirmations, recruiter replies, interview invites all get caught. Nobody else on the market has that. A recruiter reply waits for your word, and two words are enough. When the calendar fills up with interviews, you just switch it off.

This is Claude Code's built-in Remote Control: run /remote-control in your session and the Claude app on your phone picks it up. One command, nothing extra to install. Prefer Telegram? The official Telegram channel plugin pipes the same session into a chat.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. Tuesday or Thursday works well for me, any time after 14:00. Happy to confirm whichever suits the team.

Reply for the Nordwind Logistics recruiter. Only Tuesday and Thursday after 14:00, promised nothing else. Send it?

✅ Sent. Nordwind picks the slot; the tracker logs it either way.

Funnel: 6 alive. Tue: Loopwerk 15:00 Wed: Fjordline, tech round Next week: Meridian Labs and Vantera, waiting on times. Go to sleep, I have the night shift.

📱 Strong fit: Norvik Systems, senior backend, fit 8.8. One catch: LinkedIn Easy Apply only.

I am not touching your LinkedIn: automating there gets accounts banned. The kit is ready instead: resume tailored to the posting attached, a short note for the form below. Two taps from your phone.

🏁 Night closed. +9 applications overnight: Cobalt Systems, Ostrella and the tail of waves 3 and 4. 50 of 100 this run.

Tracker: 127 applications · 7 interviews alive · 3 waiting on their reply. Nordwind confirmed Thursday 14:30, calendar updated.

Two recruiter replies drafted and waiting for your word. Nothing goes out without it.

What is tomorrow? Fjordline? Who do they even need?

07:38✓✓

Fjordline, final round, tomorrow 10:00. Everything is on file: the resume version they saw, the cover letter, every email, plus fresh research on the company.

Who they need: a senior who brings AI-native habits into a 40-engineer platform team. What you will do, from the real posting: agent workflows in the delivery cycle, mentoring seniors, owning reliability.

Killer fit: that is literally your daily work. Honest stretch: their stack is Go and yours is not. Suggested line: languages I pick up fast, the AI-native part I already own. Full brief in the tracker.

Hi Alex,

Thanks for applying to the Platform Engineer role. The team liked your application and we would love to set up a 45-minute technical conversation next week.

Could you share a few slots that work for you?

You already have Claude Code. Why Roasted?

Because a smart agent with a generic prompt still produces generic applications. Three reasons this combination gets interviews and a bare model does not.

01

We know what gets interviews

Roasted has spent its whole life obsessively tuning tailored resumes: what to say, what to cut, and templates battle-tested on real hunts. A general model guesses what a good resume looks like. Roasted ships the version that already worked.

02

Each side does what it is good at

The agent does agent work: searching, matching your criteria, grinding through lists, filling forms. Roasted does the product work: apply kits, one-page PDF rendering, application tracking. Neither pretends to be the other. That is why the output holds up at application fifty, not just application one.

03

No flattery

A bare LLM wants you to be happy. It tells you the resume is fine, invents encouraging scores, and agrees with your last message. Roasted does not let the model people-please: scoring is enforced and honest, tailoring never invents facts, and the rules reflect what currently works, not what sounds nice.

The agent works inside a system that tracks your whole hunt

Nothing disappears into a folder of sent PDFs. Every application lands in your Roasted dashboard: tailored, rendered, tracked, and counted toward the day's goal.

100+ applications sent, each a tailored resume and a real cover letter, none sent by hand.

Claude Code is the beginning, not the product

Roasted is the job-hunt engine. The agent is the driver. Claude Code is the tested path today; any agent that speaks MCP or can run a terminal drives the same engine.

Bring your own agent

Claude Code today. The rest are coming next, on the same engine.

  1. 1

    Open Claude Code

Any terminal, any folder. The plugin brings the workspace with it.

  2. 2

    Paste two commands

They install the plugin, sign you in, and scaffold your job-hunt workspace.

    /plugin marketplace add roasted-cv/claude-plugin
    /plugin install roasted@roasted-cv
  3. 3

    Say what you want

In plain language. The agent hunts, tailors, renders, and tracks. You review and submit.

Your job hunt should not depend on which agent wins. The engine stays; the driver is your choice.

One week to change your mind

Subscribe, connect the agent, run it on real jobs. If within the first seven days you decide it is not for you, message @roastedcv and we refund the full amount. "Did not like it" is a sufficient reason. No forms, no proof, no exit interview.

Did not like it? Full refund in your first week. Message @roastedcv.

Pricing

Honest math: the plugin, sign-in, and your resumes are free. Generating applications needs an active Hunter Pass subscription and spends credits. One plan, no tiers: $35 for a month, $69 for three (that is $23 a month). The agent checks the exact cost and your balance before anything is charged, every time. And the first week is refundable in full.

See pricing

Questions you should be asking

For three reasons. First, we have obsessively tuned what a tailored resume should say and how it should look; the templates are battle-tested on real job hunts, not guessed. Second, division of labor: the agent does what agents are good at (searching, matching, heavy arbitrary work), Roasted does what it is good at (apply kits, rendering, application tracking). Third, honesty: a bare LLM flatters you and guesses. Roasted does not let the model people-please; scoring is enforced and the rules reflect what currently gets interviews.

Give the busywork to the agent. Keep the interviews.

Create an account, paste two commands, say what you want. The agent hunts, tailors, renders, and tracks. If a week in you did not like it, full refund.
