- Resume content: Text, formatting, and files you upload so we can review, edit, and export your resume.
- Account data: Your email address, authentication details, and subscription status if you create an account.
- Usage data: Feature usage, time spent, and error logs so we can maintain and improve the product.
- Voice input: If you dictate your resume, audio is processed to create text and is not stored after transcription.
How we use data
- To provide core features such as resume review, AI suggestions, editing, and export.
- To improve reliability and quality using aggregated, anonymized product signals.
- To contact you about security issues, billing, support, or essential product updates.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share your resume with recruiters or employers without your permission.
- We do not use your personal data for third-party advertising.
Security and storage
We store data on secure infrastructure and use standard controls such as encrypted transport, encrypted storage, access restrictions, and internal monitoring.
Third-party services
- Supabase: Authentication, database, and file storage.
- OpenRouter: Routing for AI models used for resume analysis and editing.
- Groq: Speech transcription for voice-based resume input.
Your rights
- Request access to your account data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated files.
- Download or correct your resume information where supported.

- We use essential cookies for login, security, and basic product functionality.
- We also store preference cookies for language and theme settings.
