Refund Policy

Roasted.cv sells digital services. In most cases, payments are final once access, subscription benefits, or credits have been delivered.

Scope

This policy applies to subscriptions, credit packs, add-ons, and other paid features sold by Roasted.cv.

If mandatory consumer law in your country gives you stronger rights, that law overrides this policy to the extent required.

No refunds by default

  • Fees are generally non-refundable once digital access has started.
  • We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction, unused time, mistaken purchases, or changes in your circumstances.

Subscriptions and credits

  • Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled for the next billing period.
  • Cancellation stops future renewal but does not refund the current billing period.
  • Credits, add-ons, and one-time purchases have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact us quickly with the relevant details. If we confirm a billing error, we may reverse the charge or apply equivalent account credit.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Unjustified disputes may lead to suspension or loss of access while the issue is reviewed.

Policy changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and continued use of the paid service means you accept the updated version.
